Location: Newville, PA
Shifts: 2nd Shift | MON - FRI 2:00PM - 10:30PM
Pay: $18.00/hr.

Job Summary
The Production Associate supports digital printing operations by running automated and non-automated bindery equipment. This role also assists with Large Format Printing/Finishing, materials handling, and shipping.
You'll ensure customer satisfaction through accurate production, effective workflow management, and consistent quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate bindery equipment for digital print production
• Perform Large Format Printing and finishing tasks
• Handle materials and assist with shipping processes
• Complete required workflow management scans
• Maintain daily productivity and quality control
• Work collaboratively in a team environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of related experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Good judgment, time management, and multitasking capability
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to learn new processes within company guidelines
