Kelly®,  is proud to partner with a global leader in the oil and gas industry at their Spring Campus. We're seeking an experienced Procurement Contracts Manager to join their procurement team supporting Craft Labor. If you are passionate about driving value and operational integrity in contracts, and have a deep background in strategic procurement within oil & gas, we want to hear from you!
Contract Position: 6 months
Pay Rate: $70/hr
Location: Onsite – Spring Campus
What You'll Do:

  • Manage contract lifecycles for Craft Labor sub-categories, optimizing value and efficiency while ensuring operational integrity
  • Negotiate contract pricing, terms, and conditions directly with suppliers, partnering closely with internal stakeholders
  • Develop contracts, bids, and best practices for contract management in collaboration with other Contract Owners
  • Execute acquisition processes in full compliance with ExxonMobil procedures
  • Maintain agreement portfolio, including scope updates, pricing, exhibits, and amendments
  • Ensure contract compliance, monitor supplier performance, and troubleshoot issues
  • Leverage systems and technology to ensure transactional efficiency
  • Identify business value opportunities and track cost mitigation/enhancement results
  • Support category strategy and commercial guidance
  • Build market expertise regarding supplier landscape and latest technologies
  • Identify efficiencies by reviewing contract leakage and overheads
  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset within the team and with stakeholders and suppliers
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related Business/Engineering field
  • Minimum 5 years of contracting, strategic procurement, and/or category management experience
  • Proven negotiation, leadership, and communication (written/verbal) skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; sound judgment
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Adept at collaborating across multi-functional, multi-geography teams
  • Adaptable team player able to balance competing priorities
