Description
Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick & Pack Workers in Strafford, VA to safely and accurately fulfill customer orders. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and replenishing products using pick sheets or handheld computers.
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Primary Duties:
- Accurately pick and ship customer orders.
- Count and manage inventory effectively.
- Move orders to the shipping area using basic equipment.
- Assist with physical inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Up to 12 months of warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety regulations.
- Proficiency in performing simple math.
- Familiarity with inventory control equipment.
Working Conditions:
- Weight: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Activities:
- Rarely sitting.
- Occasionally pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Frequently walking.
- Constantly standing and operating equipment.
