**Must have experience with EPIC**
Ideal candidate will understand medical terminology. Comfortable talking on the phone and answering a multi-line phone. Proficient with Outlook
May schedule any same day consultations and/or ancillary studies. May be responsible for scheduling appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts. May take calls for medication refills and send note to physician. May confirm next day appoints. May receive all paper forms containing patient information; prepare a coversheet; and pack for scanning. Creates labels or identification bracelets for next day patients. Keeps abreast of all incentive and HMO updates and attends update sessions as necessary. Performance basic office duties including copying, faxing and filing in support of the medical staff. 20. Performs other duties as required or assigned by emergency or other operational reasons for which the employee is qualified to perform.
