Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00/hr.
What's a typical day as Manufacturing Operator? You'll be:
• Completing precise manufacturing tasks including filling, capping, labeling, and assembling vials, bottles, and tubes
• Collaborating with team members to ensure daily production goals are consistently met
• Operating both manual and automated filling equipment safely and efficiently
• Working in both standard and clean room environments, adhering to all PPE and safety protocols
• Participating in comprehensive training and meeting all ISO and regulatory standards
• Communicating effectively with internal personnel to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment as needed
• Maintaining strong attendance and punctuality to support continuous production
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent relevant experience (required)
• Bring experience in a life sciences manufacturing environment (preferred, but not required)
• Demonstrate the ability to follow detailed policies, procedures, and schedules independently
• Are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Can lift and move objects: 10lbs regularly, 25lbs frequently, and 50lbs occasionally
• Are capable of operating semi-automated and manual filling equipment
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy to maintain high product quality
