Fork Lift Operator - Able to read small print and scan. Position Scope: Maintain the integrity, capability and performance of the daily operations duties assuring compliance and achievement in accordance with the company s Vision, Mission and Goals. Roles/Responsibility: Ensures consistency, and acts as a role model in all aspects of the job safety, production, quality, attendance, housekeeping, etc. . Must be able to communicate effectively on all levels. Essential Job Functions to include but not limited to : Cannot Guarantee Shift Assignment. Must be able to follow detailed instructions. Ability and desire to work in a Team Environment. Knowledge of production warehouse and operations. Comply with company dress code and PPE policy. Comply with company attendance policy. Comply with company smoking policy. Comply with all safety rules and policies at all times. Ensure consistent and professional communication with our customers and associates at all times. Achieve daily production targets. Ensure all daily reports are completed on time. Communicate effectively with peers and Team Leaders/Supervisors/Managers, Good communication skills . Consistently performs good housekeeping skills. Active involvement and contribution, to a Quality Circle group. Perform any other work needed as directed by the Team Leaders/Supervisors/Managers. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS : Must be able and willing to work any shift, hours, holidays, weekends and/or overtime as needed. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance. Must have reliable transportation. Essential Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to sit, walk and/or stand for long periods of time. Work with routine repetitive tasks safely, accurately and efficiently. Must be able to work in hot and cold type environments. Working Conditions: Work is performed in a warehouse setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Associate may have exposure to noise, dust, odors and fumes in the warehouse on the production floor.
