Janitor - Custodian Duties and Responsibilities Daily custodial responsibilities at main facility and warehouse including: Trash removal Surface cleaning utilizing provided chemicals and cleaners Sweeping and mopping of floors, as well as vacuuming of carpets Cleaning and sanitizing of all restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and showers Cleaning and sanitizing of all break rooms, meeting spaces, and offices Restocking necessary items e.g. soap, paper products Cleaning of mirrors and windows Follow daily cleaning schedule and standing work instructions Custodian Requirements and Qualifications Previous work experience as custodian, janitor, or a similar role preferred Safety-conscious: incumbent must be able to follow all established safety protocols and work in a safe manner Able to follow work instructions Detail-oriented and conscientiousness Self-starting and self-motivated Able to work independently Able to see, hear, and physically lift up to 30 pounds
