Kelly Services has an immediate opening for an HR Recruiter/Office Administrator at a well-known company in St. Helens, OR! (Temporary Role with Temp-To-Hire Opportunity!)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00AM-4:00PM with a one hour lunch break. OT as necessary, but will not be needed often.
Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 and up depending on experience
The Recruiter/Office Administrator position is responsible for providing recruiting and administrative support within the office and warehouse. This person will be responsible for the coordination and completion of a variety of tasks including conducting preliminary screenings and interviews of potential new hires, processing paperwork, entering data, ordering supplies, filing, maintaining office equipment, running reports, and collating information. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma plus experience in a recruiting/HR, customer service, and/or administrative support role. Candidate must demonstrate an ability to multi-task, have good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and strong technical proficiency. High level of professionalism and a positive attitude is a must!
-Provide high quality, accurate, and timely administrative support to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
-Create an organized and efficient work environment.
-Maintain adequate supplies.
-Respond to internal and external customer requests with professionalism.
-Take the initiative to identify and respond to opportunities for improvement.
