Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant
Location: Sarasota, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Range: $25 – $28 per hour (based on experience)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Administrative Assistant to support our busy Human Resources department in Sarasota, FL. This role will provide direct administrative and scheduling support to the HR Director, assisting with interview coordination, candidate screenings, and general onboarding tasks.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate advanced proficiency in computer systems and scheduling tools.
Key Responsibilities-
Support the HR Director with daily scheduling and calendar management

Follow up on pre-employment screenings and assist with onboarding processes

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates as needed

Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files

Prepare and process HR paperwork including new hire documents and internal forms

Generate routine reports related to HR activities

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth department operations

2+ years of experience in administrative or HR support roles (HR experience preferred)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and calendar tools

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Professional communication skills – verbal and written
