? Pay Rate: $25/hour
? Shift: Onsite | 40-hour work week
? Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
? Work Setup: Onsite in a labor-intensive manufacturing environment

? What's a typical day as a Planner/Buyer I? You will:

  • Execute end-to-end purchasing activities including sourcing, order creation, tracking, and invoice reconciliation using SAP.

  • Manage procurement email communications and bridge coordination with end-users.

  • Analyze purchase data, inventory levels, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Collaborate with planning, production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

  • Support vendor negotiations to secure favorable pricing and delivery schedules.

  • Maintain accurate procurement and supplier master data within SAP.

  • Prepare analytical reports on spend, supplier performance, and key procurement metrics.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in continuous improvement and strategic sourcing initiatives.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2–3 years of supply chain experience in purchasing or planning.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Proficiency in SAP and strong Microsoft Office/Power BI skills.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
