Administrative Assistant II
Location: Phoenix AZ 85085 United States
Employment: 12-month contract
Pay Rate: $28.35/hr

Join us as our Administrative Assistant II and become the welcoming face of our organization! We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented professional fluent in Japanese and English to help manage office operations, greet visitors, and oversee the TSMC badging process. If you value stability and enjoy supporting a collaborative team, this long-term contract role could be the perfect fit for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the TSMC badging process and maintain accurate Excel records
  • Welcome and assist visitors, new travelers, and team members
  • Organize meetings, video conferences, travel plans, and calendars
  • Prepare reports, take meeting notes, and create presentation materials
  • Order, replenish, and manage office supplies
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and properly filed
  • Answer phones, distribute mail, and help keep the office running smoothly

What We're Looking For:
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English
  • Administrative or clerical experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
  • Reliable work history and a team-oriented attitude
