Admin Assistant Coordinator – $20/hr
Location: El Segundo, CA
Hours: Monday- Friday 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Kelly Services is hiring a Admin Assistant Coordinator to assist with daily operations for a healthcare branch office. This role provides administrative, patient-facing, and operational support to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service.
Schedule & Pay-
Pay: $20.00/hour

Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Type: Onsite, not eligible for telecommuting

Work with the Sales team to complete patient documentation
-
Serve as the first point of contact (phones & in-person reception)
-
Support branch processing tasks: intakes, reviewing ACIS screens, confirming delivery appointments
-
Complete post-delivery work order confirmation and data entry
-
Assist with Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) class preparation
-
Download data from CPAP devices, apnea monitors, and other respiratory equipment
-
Perform functional tests on equipment as required

Handle audit and documentation requests
-
Support the overnight oximetry program
-
Collect billing/credit card information
-
Assist with patient scheduling
-
Scan, file, and fax records routinely

Support basic warehouse tasks and patient equipment prep
-
Set up/return equipment; explain insurance and out-of-pocket costs; process payments; reconcile daily receivables

Make outbound patient satisfaction calls

Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Perform other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or GED
-
2+ years of office or administrative experience
-
Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills and comfort with electronic systems
