We're currently hiring an Inbound Sourcer to support a large, fast-paced global consumer technology client. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in Argentina or Brazil, with strong alignment to high-volume, delivery-driven recruiting environments.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound candidate flow, including application review, screening, and initial candidate engagement
- Qualify candidates against role requirements and route aligned profiles into the interview process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates within the ATS
- Partner closely with recruiters to ensure pipeline health and timely candidate movement
- Deliver a responsive, high-quality candidate experience from first touch
- Support high-volume recruiting needs while maintaining speed, consistency, and quality
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination experience
- Experience supporting high-volume or project-based hiring preferred
- Comfortable with inbound screening, resume review, and candidate communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
- Fluent in Spanish, with professional-level English proficiency
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools (LinkedIn, job boards, CRM)
- Organized, proactive, and effective in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
