We're currently hiring an Inbound Sourcer to support a large, fast-paced global consumer technology client. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in Argentina or Brazil, with strong alignment to high-volume, delivery-driven recruiting environments. 

What You'll Do 

• Manage inbound candidate flow, including application review, screening, and initial candidate engagement
• Qualify candidates against role requirements and route aligned profiles into the interview process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates within the ATS
• Partner closely with recruiters to ensure pipeline health and timely candidate movement
• Deliver a responsive, high-quality candidate experience from first touch
• Support high-volume recruiting needs while maintaining speed, consistency, and quality

What We're Looking For 

• 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination experience
• Experience supporting high-volume or project-based hiring preferred
• Comfortable with inbound screening, resume review, and candidate communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
• Fluent in Spanish, with professional-level English proficiency
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools (LinkedIn, job boards, CRM)
• Organized, proactive, and effective in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
