Our MSP Manager of Operations will be responsible for:
- Managing the operations of the contingent workforce needs for a large Kelly client account across Denmark.
- Support the contingent talent supply chain in partnership with internal teams and the client.
- Monitoring operational processes to help ensure service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Contributing to account success through operational support that aligns with financial and performance goals.
- Leading meetings with client business owners to gather staffing needs and feedback on current service levels.
- Building relationships with key client contacts to ensure alignment with their workforce needs and support upcoming initiatives.
- Compiling and reporting on contingent labor data and metrics, identifying trends and supporting root cause analysis.
- Identifying resolution of service delivery issues by escalating concerns as needed, helping implement corrective actions.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Account Management, Operations, Sales, or Service Delivery into a Customer Account.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive optimization through effective team management.
- Expertise in leading organizational change initiatives with the operations function.
- Demonstrated experience in reviewing, auditing, and optimizing business processes.
- Solid understanding and experience with technology enablement and automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
