FULL TIME - 1020 Harrison St., San Francisco, CA -
Under direct supervision, the Stock Clerk role consistently provides excellent service to support store operations and customer service. The Stock Clerk role assists with the behind the scenes day-to-day operations of a Kelly-Moore paint store.
-Accurately follows receiving procedures; unloads and stocks incoming inventory.
-Helps to maintain company standards for store appearance, including the cleanlines of the interior and exterior of the store.
-Helps to maintain company merchandising standards for store appearance. window and sales floor displays, promotional displays, etc.
-Assist with loading delivery vehicles for customer deliveries.
-Performs light maintenance including sweeping, mopping, and dusting. Cleans restrooms as needed.
-Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills using the Signature Service Standards.
-May perform stocker responsibilities for mulitple stores within a geopgraphic area.
-Additional duties as assigned.
-Age requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
-Frequently kneels, stoops, crouches, bends, climbs, reaches overhead, pushes, pulls, and grasps.
-Works around heat, cold, dirt, dust, and minimal paint odors.
-Ability to operate hand carts and pallet jacks. If qualified, will occasionally operate powered industsrial trucks such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, etc.
-Frequently carries, relocates and/or lifts up to 70 pound cartons and containers (including 5-gallon paint containers).
-Stands and walks on concrete surfaces for up to 8 hours per day.
-Complies with the requirements of a retail store schedule, which may include working shifts beginning early in the morning; vary or rotating work schedules; works weekends and holidays as required.
-Excellent time management and attention to detail.
-Ability to work under direct supervision and follow oral and/or written instructions.
-English language skills, including a level of reading comprehension, and written and oral language conventions ordinarily attained by receiving a high school diploma or equivalent.
-Math skills of number sense, measurement, and geometery, and math reasoning as are ordinarily attained by receiving a high school dipoloma or equivalent.
-Basic computer skills in order to complete training, receive and send communication, manage employee profile information on the company's HRIS system.
