KO Investment Group is a 5-unit Jimmy Johns Franchisee looking to fill the role of General Manager /Area Manager. Candidates must have MINIMUM 1 Years Jimmy Johns- General Manager Experience, and hold a Jimmy Johns certified GM or Area Manager certificate.

Compensation will included a $45,000-$60,000 base salary with Medial, Dental & Vision & Life Insurance Benefits.

KO Investment Group is a WA Corporation operating 5 Jimmy John's Store locations in the greater Seattle, WA market. We are looking for "currently-certified managers & PIC's" seeking a bigger opportunity and want to work with a company that wants them to grow professionally into an advanced role. Each business unit represents sales from $850,000 to over $1.3 million and it take someone with dedication and integrity to run the business on our behalf. Our Managers compensation ranges from $45,000 - $100,000 a year and include Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance.

WE ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR CURRENTLY CERTIFIED JIMMY JOHNS MANAGERS wanting to relocate to Seattle or move from an existing JJ manager position to the next level. (Relocation expense reimbursement is available for qualified candidates)

General Manager's at Jimmy John's are WORKING managers and MANAGE all functions of the restaurant. The General Manager is responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate, sandwiches and world class customer service. The General Manager must perform all duties, manage a staff of 15-30 employees, assign, oversee, and evaluate work. Provides on the job training for new employees, as well as on going training, delegates and is responsible for the ordering, scheduling, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and supplies. Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness. Audits all daily and weekly procedures, cash handling.

An Average work week for a GM is 50 to 60 hours, and you need to be willing to work holidays, overtime, and weekends as the business dictates.
