Description

1.    Supervises and directs CTS staff which would include employee hiring, training, evaluations and discipline.
2.    Ensures that departmental goals and objectives align with the overall strategic direction of IDT; uses effective method(s) to monitor and review progress.
3.    Evaluates and implements new or improved customer service processes and workflows; works with global Customer Care management to coordinate across sites and business units.
4.    Analyzes CRM case data to identify common inquiries and complaints; uses this information to develop new business processes, customer messaging strategies, and/or employee resources to enable timely and effective resolution.
5.    Gathers information and shares customer insight to support the organization's customer experience and selling strategies.
6.    Represents the voice of the customer and needs of the division during the design and implementation of new or improved business processes.
7.    Communicates with other departments or locations as necessary to ensure successful resolution of problems and completion of daily tasks.
8.    Identifies, monitors and analyzes performance measures to make recommendations to upper management regarding staffing requirements, efficiency improvements and performance standards.
9.    Provides guidance and specific feedback to assist with employee projects, problem solving and professional development.
10.    Handles escalated problems, complaints and personnel issues.
11.    Assists in defining job expectations, performance standards, and policies for the department; uses effective method(s) to monitor and review compliance.
12.    Administers and coordinates projects aimed at process improvement, customer experience, professional development and departmental performance.  
13.    Creates and/or maintains resources for employee development and professional skills training; suggests and implements opportunities for improvement to the performance management system.  
14.    Delegates responsibilities or authority to employees; uses effective method(s) to monitor and review progress.
15.    Demonstrates and upholds behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies Core Values and delivers the Integrated DNA Technologies experience to customers and other business associates.
16.    Performs other duties as assigned.
17.    Practice safe working habits, follow all IDT safety policies, perform safety checks on equipment and systems, and identify, correct, and report potential safety hazards.
