As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base.

Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday 9am-5pm

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of current promotions and offers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked with merchandise.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Support team members by contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking items and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product innovations to better serve our customers.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
