Hubbell Lenoir City is currently hiring 2nd Shift Casters (4:00pm – 2:30am) Monday – Friday. Applicants need to be able to work overtime on Saturday as required.
Polymer Concrete Casters are responsible for casting Covers or Boxes by using different individual mold platforms casters prepare different size molds. The process includes mixing and pouring the polymer concrete into the molds while also adding fiberglass and rebar.
Because safety is first at Hubbell Lenoir City, we require all employees to wear protective eyewear, bump caps, earplugs, and steel-toed shoes
Casters start at $14.98 per hour with an increase to $15.99 after 90 days of employment. Hubbell also offers incentive pay with 2nd shift differential of .50(cents)
In addition, you will be eligible to receive a $500 retention bonus on the 100th day with Hubbell.

Hubbell Lenoir City does not require a high school diploma.
