A local leading organization is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Support in Marysville, Ohio for a long-term opportunity. Administrative – Admin Assistants perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing, and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers. Responsibilities for Administrative Support include but are not limited to the following: SAP requisition entry and SAP report generation Creation Purchase Order Packets and monitor and maintain PO Red Pen Process Manage and Maintain Record Retention Process Lead Packaging Event/Meeting Coordination/Internal Announcements to Dept Identify, develop, and implement standard ops, and business processes Monitor and maintain lease hardware; timely replacements Order supplies and special orders Support soft side Business Operations (Retirements, Bereavements, Etc.) Support new hire onboarding activity Create ISTMS requests, GRC Access, Software installation Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications. Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material. Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters. Complete forms in accordance with company procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration: High School Diploma 2-3 years in office environment Demonstrates professionalism High quality of computer support and work output will be required. Effective communication skills and the ability to explain basic policies and procedures. Be able to multi-task and self-motivating and work well with in a team environment Ability to manage conflict to drive consensus Ability to understand, and collaborate with stakeholders to gain buy-in Position success requires strengths in the areas of confidentiality, accuracy of work, and strong customer service skills.
