Description
This position will be split between 3 main areas: They will be responsible for creating, terminating, auditing, and maintaining#user access to the many systems used by hospital staff. They will work closely#with our Information SecurityOfficer to ensure that HIPPA#compliance#and security best practices are being followed. And will work with our System Administration and Clinical Analyst teams to ensure that users are given the access they need to succeed in their rolls. A successful#candidate will also seek to give feedback and guidance on how to improve and automate the process to reduce errors and expedite#requests. They will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the helpdesk as both an escalation point and assisting with day-to-day operations as needed. They will assist the Admin team with server, systems and network maintenance, upgrades and deployment and other relevant duties to support hospital#operations. REQUIREMENTS: Associates Degree in Computer Sciences, Bachelors preferred Hands on Experience with user account creation in an enterprise Microsoft Active Directory environment Ability to work independently#and prioritize effectively Attention to detail and a security focused mindset Experience supporting various compliance or regulatory requirements such as HIPPA or ISO Proven ability to develop effective partnerships with management and peers Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, resourceful, responsive with strong follow through. The ability to articulate in a non-technical manner if needed depending on the audience. Experience Auditing user activity and existing access Experience providing Level 1 customer support in an IT environment Strong knowledge and background in IT Troubleshooting and Support
