The Site Services Manager has a range of responsibilities from payroll, hiring and training to invoicing, ordering and auditing each floor. Flexibility is key as it may be necessary to backfill positions which requires an understanding of each individual role. The SSM at Spotify covers all things snacks and snack related logistics in the office. With 165 employees working on multiple floors – snacks are an essential part of the day to keep things fun and exciting. There are 3 floors stocked with snacks & beverages that meet nutritional, sustainability and social responsibility standards set by the Spotify team. As the unit leader, it is imperative that you oversee each floor is kept clean, well-stocked and maintains an inviting appearance for the Spotifiers. The safety of our employees and Spotify employees is of utmost importance- all food service areas should strictly follow health code sanitation guidelines. Last but certainly not least, the SSM is responsible for overseeing the site meals program. This includes making signage, overseeing and assisting with lunch service, responding to any slack inquiries, designing pop ups and special events, overseeing catering and working with the rest of the team to align programming across sites. Although the SSM's responsibilities will be predominantly in Boston, the scope of responsibility may expand to other distributed offices as well.
In addition to food related responsibilities, the Boston SSM is also responsible for overseeing building services. These include plants, pest control, fire safety, preventative maintenance and more! A high level of organizational skill is required to maintain multiple vendor relationships, manage vendor/client dynamics and successfully track, process and bill monthly services. Attention to detail is also a necessary skill for knowing and maintaining the office space. Lastly, a sense of urgency is required to ensure our clients feel our proactive approach to maintaining the ecosystem of their offices. Any detectable damage or building issue(s) should be reported and rectified as swiftly as possible.

- Responsible for the MicroKitchens (inventory, staffing, ordering, cleanliness and adherence to all state and local guidelines for HACCP, permitting and other food service)
- Maintaining the budget through spend trackers
- Invoicing through Netmenu
- Weekly staff scheduling and daily team meetings
- Ensure all food and safety guidelines are being followed
- Employee training for proper guest interactions and exceptional hospitality
- Detail focused with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Oversee all building special service
- Effectively and efficiently communicate with vendors and Spotify clients

- Ensuring HACCP Logs are being filled out correctly
- ServSafe certified or ability to become ServSafe certified

- Microsoft/Gsuite proficient
This position reports to the Key Account Manager for Spotify, with a dotted line to local unit management.
