Overview

Role Purpose

Execute planning, anaylsis, design, implementation, and maintainace for Information Systems used to achieve the College's mission. Communicates ongoing Information Systems enhancements with various stakeholders. Evaluate customers' needs on a frequent basis and manages users change requests. Use an iterative system development lifecycle process to enhance the College's Information Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnoses, isolates and de-bugs software problems and performs problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather user requirements for Information System enhancements.
  • Design and document new functions and operations in detail, included screen layouts, business rules, process diagrams, and other documentation. Collaborate with functional user to verify the design and functionality.
  • Implement changes to the Information Systems base on the functional users requirements. Maintain security and grant access to the College's Information Systems.
  • Test and deploy Information Systems; communicate changes to functional users .
