Financial Operations Manager- Charleston WV
Position Requires approximately 75% remote work and 25% travel to area facilities within the Charleston, WV extended market.

Within a defined geographic market, the Financial Operations Manager is responsible for modeling the Financial Operations Process and capability standards while working closely with the Market President and nursing center executives. The Financial Operations Manager provides financial analysis, planning, and support.
*Reports to the Market President but supported by the Vice President- Operational Finance
*Create operational budgets based on historical trends and information provided by nursing center executives and Market President
*Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor the financial performance of nursing centers within the Market while partnering with Market nursing center executives and Market President to develop action plans to improve financial outcomes
*Prepare financial statements, produces reports and forecasting tools
*Establish a framework for information sharing between all Market nursing centers to encourage collaborative utilization of financial resources, tools, and best practices
*Review labor expense for Market nursing centers to ensure the centers meet labor targets based on the centers' needs

*A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is preferred.
*Familiarity with US GAAP is required.
*At least five years of experience in healthcare financial management, corporate accounting or public accounting is required.
*Must have Microsoft Office applications experience (Excel, Word and Outlook); experience with PeopleSoft Financials and complex functions in Excel, such as pivot tables and lookup tables, is a plus.
*Computer-based general ledger systems experience is required.
*Must have a strong desire and ability to work within a collaborative, patient service driven, team environment.
