Role Summary: The Lead Program Integrator (LPI) / Staff Technical Project Manager has the responsibility to ensure the delivery of the assigned cross-functional software development program, fulfilling both Customer and Business objectives.
Essential Responsibilities: As LPI you will develop the program plan & drive the program execution within an agile product development life cycle to ensure product releases that meet organizational standards and customer needs:

  • Outline program expectations for the PI & keep track of the progress through sprint reviews
  • Remove program impediments through the Scrum of Scrum
  • Align the cross-functional core team (SW Engineering, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Service Engineering, etc…)
  • Synchronize / manage program dependencies as well as affected parallel product & component programs
  • Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations as well compliant with QARA requirements
  • Provide clear program status, manage scope changes, identify, escalate & keep track of program risks and their mitigation plans
  • Lead continuous improvements by identifying & driving process improvement initiatives

  • Bachelor's Degree in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and
    Math) or equivalent knowledge/experience
  • Extensive professional experience in Information Technology OR
    Master's degree with some experience in Information Technology or equivalent knowledge/experience
