Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:


- Responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) required to guarantee the quality of our products aligns with regulatory requirements / expectations;

- Develop and implement Quality department objectives and related procedures and ensure sites procedures align with Corporate policies;

- Responsible for managing customer audits and regulatory/compliance agency audits and interface with customers on technical/Quality issues and improvements initiatives;

- Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement;

- Promote best practices and innovative approaches round quality / successful implementations to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency in Quality Assurance.

- Analyzes, evaluates and presents information concerning factors such as business situations, production capabilities, manufacturing problems, economic trends and design and development of new products for consideration by other members of management team;
- Develops initial and subsequent modifications of product assurance program to delineate areas of responsibility, personnel requirements and operational procedures within program;
- Conducts management meetings with product assurance program department heads and coordinate functions and operations between departments, and to establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives;


Here is some of what you'll need (required):


- Minimum 10 years experience in a Quality Engineering;

- Minimum 8 years experience in a Quality Management role;

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience and training;

- Deep knowledge quality tools, FMEA and 8D methodology

- Fluent English language skills;

- Experience in ISO 9001 enviroment and new product indtroduction

- Demonstrates expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills;

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:

- Experience in the automotive and/or medical device industry is preferred;

- Six sigma and/or kaizen certifications are preferred;

- An American Society for (ASQ) Certified
- Quality Engineers certification is an advantage.
