The Team

FI Treasury division's ProductSupport group provides strategic platform guidance, operational support andtechnical oversight in support of the Money Movement offerings of the variouslines of business within Fidelity Institutional. Asan Agile Business Analyst, you will work with the product owner(s) and act as aScrum Master to maintain the backlog and facilitate agile ceremonies like standups, sprint planning and retrospectives.

The Expertise You Have
  • Experience with standard Money Movementcapabilities (ACH, FedWire, SWIFT, Check Processing, etc.) and / or DigitalPayments is required

  • 2+ years of direct experience working in anAgile environment/framework and have led teams to provide understanding andleadership adhering to the Agile and Scrum principals

  • Familiarity with managing work through a JIRAboard or the like

  • Able to translate complex topics into easy tounderstand artifacts and documentation

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent as well asAgile/Scrum Certification highly desired

  • Documenting discussions, requirements,workflows, and procedures to produce various SCRUM & Operational artifacts

  • Leverage your experience to actively engagewith the growth of the Scrum Team and reinforce Agile practices, includingstand-ups, sprint planning, release planning, backlog grooming andretrospectives.

  • Organizing and managing product delivery acrossmultiple concurrent squads with differing priorities, all with a sense ofurgency and purpose

  • Assist in developing and reporting on keysquad-level metrics to identify successes and opportunities for continuousimprovement
