The National Program Manager, Critical Environment Cleaning - plans, develops, organizes, and executes the implementation of the Critical Environment Cleaning Program across the Eurest Services business. Participates in internal and external strategy and planning meetings, surveys, new business presentations, mobilization, and support activities related to the Critical Environment Cleaning Program. Works under the direction of the Vice President of Standards and Practice. The incumbent is guided through knowledge of the Business and Industry marketplace, current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and other critical environment cleaning practices and procedures, applicable laws, health, safety and environmental practices, principles of management and supervision, and Compass department procedures and policies.
Liaise with external and internal critical environment subject matter experts to promote best practices of the Critical Environment Cleaning program.
Continually refine and develop the Critical Environment Cleaning Program with a focus on current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and ISO standards.
Incorporates latest best practices from organizations such as the Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology (IEST), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and international regulatory groups as needed into the Critical Environment Cleaning program.
Implement, train and educate operators on the on-going efficient delivery and maintenance of the Critical Environment Cleaning program across the Eurest Services portfolio.
Assist with the preparation of Critical Environment Cleaning related bid documents, specifications, cost estimates, for potential new business opportunities.
Assist with the preparation of and participate in new business presentations representing the company as the Critical Environment Cleaning Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Provide corporate support and participate in the mobilization of the Critical Environment Cleaning program across the legacy business within Eurest Services.
Liaise with the finance team to develop and analyze critical environment cleaning benchmarks across the business.
Draft Critical Environment Cleaning related Monthly Business Review (MBR)/Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations and establish standardized client facing presentations.
Reviews and evaluates existing critical environmental cleaning programs, services, makes recommendations to operations team and/or client when requested and implements or guides implementation of new and/or modified systems and programs.
Ensures Critical Environment Cleaning program compliance with Company Health, Safety, Security, & Environmental protocols, local building departments, and all other authorities having jurisdiction.
Works and collaborates with leaders of other Eurest Services initiatives such as but not limited to eHub, eDesk, eConnect, etc.
Bachelors' Degree and 7 years responsibility at a director level with cleaning management experience critical environments required. Experience and working knowledge of GxP, ISO, and food safety cleaning standards necessary to successfully perform this position. The ability to read, comprehend, and transmit complicated detailed instructions in writing and orally required. Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure playbooks and manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Extensive travel and time away from home up to 70%.
