We are looking for a Packet Core Engineer! If you´re willing to provide technical service and support to our customers, help in the troubleshooting, resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks, besides the knowledge you may have in configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks, join us in this role where You will be reporting directly to the SDU Domain Manager.Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Issue handling
- Handling of dedicated support
- Software Update Management (SUM) handling
- Remote Service Gateway (RSG) mentoring
- An Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering degree or related
- English proficiency
- Strong expertise in Packet Core Area.
- An excellent IP background
- hands-on experience on Virtual PCN nodes, SGSN, GGSN, EPC, vEPC
- 5G PCN knowledge (Basic)
- familiar with Juniper, SAPC (Policy nodes).
- basic knowledge with the Cloud Systems (CEE deployment/TS & HDS, VNF deployments,
- Good knowledge of iDNS and eDNS
- shown knowledge of Linux
- Wireshark advance knowledge
- Scripting skills
