Excellent Linux experience with IP knowledge and looking for a new challenge in Telecommunications? Join us! Be part of an amazing team as BSS support engineer! This position reports to an SDU Domain Manager.

You will
  • Remote case handling and Problem ticket investigation and resolution
  • Fix the issue and provide suggested workaround and solutions.
  • Provide technical service and support to our customers.
  • Tackle problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.
To be successful in the role you must have
  • Academic degree, minimum bachelor level, in IT, Systems, Electronic or related
  • Proficient English
  • Hands-on experience in Database (Oracle, Casandra, etc)
  • System Administration of Linux
  • Demonstrable experience in Shell, Phyton and Pearl scripting
