- Strong Telecom background on Siebel Installation on Linux , Solaris
- Knowledge of Sibel performance tuning
- Good working experince of Siebel Administration
- Familiar with Troubleshooting and LDAP setup
- Experience on installing 3rd party web servers.
- Troubleshooting EAI component crashes and analyzing crash & Fdr and component log files.
- Knowledge on System Administration activities such as configuring application components, parameters, and Troubleshooting component crashes
To be successful in the role you must have
- Great Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Problem-solving approach
- Customer First Mindset
- Excellent knowledge in Siebel Administration
- Good knowledge of Troubleshooting and Managing the Siebel setup.
Education: Graduate in Computer Science or similar
Minimum years of relevant experience: Min 8 years of relevant work experience.
