Our Experience Design (XD) team is seeking for a Senior UX Manager.
You are a role model, a mentor, and a motivator of other UX-ers. You are invested in growing people, developing talent, and creating an environment our team members are proud to be part of.

You will lead and nurture a world-class experience team of 15+ talents, foster relationships with key partners, and manage complex projects and team workloads.
We are a multicultural UX team of 30+ passionate minds - designers, researchers, content strategist and developers - with designs spanning across the entire corporate portfolio, from network, revenue and security management to IoT connect vehicles, 5G smart factories, and fleet management applications. We work in collaborative teams to solve complex challenges and build experiences that solve real user needs.
You will report to the Head of Experience Design at Ericsson Digital Services in Stockholm, Sweden.Your responsibilities
- You are a great team leader and manager with strong instincts and outstanding design sensibility, who will provide leadership, mentorship and direction for a team of researchers, designers and developers
- You will maintain a productive work environment for individuals and own organisation, drive performance and competence management, hold financial responsibilities and ensure execution of work
- You will build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and partners to efficiently deliver user experiences that are cohesive, effective, and delightful
- You will work within our leadership team on strategic planning
- 5+ years of experience leading a UX team and line management
- Excellent people management, coaching & mentoring skills
- Partnered with product and engineering teams to conceptualise, build, and launch new and complex products
- An expert knowledge of design thinking and bring deep empathy for the user by driving and applying these processes
- The ability to work closely with creative, technical, and business partners
- The ability to communicate complex interaction designs clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organisation
- A proven track record of developing talent and leading with positivity and inspiration
