Are you an open minded, detail-oriented person with a passion for electronics, troubleshooting and root cause analysis willing to acquire new knowledge about advanced 5G products, and dive into problem-solving?

As a part of establishing a new Smart Factory, we are now recruiting for a Manager Troubleshooting and Repair. We are on a journey towards building the future of wireless connectivity, and we want you on our team!

This role will lead a team of Pre-Troubleshooters, Electronic Troubleshooters and Soldering Technicians and reports directly to the Head of Engineering Smart Factory.

  In this Role you will:
  • Coordinate, mentor and assign electronics repair technicians.
  • Communicate about status, needs, inventory, and standards.
  • Guide team to troubleshoot difficult repairs and identify necessary steps.
  • Manage repairs queue, setting goals and improving process.
  • Report progress and plans to leadership team
  • Propose & develop innovative methods using automation and AI for efficiency and efficacy improvement
  To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics or other engineering or technical area
  • More than 5 years' experience in similar management positions and more than 10 years in a troubleshooting area
  • Analyzing skills to prioritize tasks in a dynamic manufacturing environment
  • Engaging and inspiring personality that can lead teams to success and achieving goals
  • The ability to thrive in an organization that constantly adapts and evolves
