Our Exciting Opportunity

We are looking for the talents with proven competence/experience of ASIC/FPGA/SoC in digital domain.The main responsibility of us is driving system solution studies, covering 5G RAN products and MS-RBS resource handling.

We are system section in Nanjing, which belongs to PDU CDS (Compute & Digital Silicon) System.

We coordinate in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

You will

Drive systemization of digital domain of RAN product, i.e. Baseband EMCA (Ericsson Multi Core Arch), DFE (Digital Front End), covering requirements & functionalities definition, which are to be implemented in ASIC/FGPA/DSP function blocks

Participate or drive the technical studies and pre-development for digital domain (ASIC/FGPA, PHY algorithms) of multi-standard BBU or AAS products

Support design teams during development, verification and delivery

Be innovative for technology and way of working

To be successful in the role you must have

Master or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Communications, Computer Science/Engineering

Proficiency within the area of digital signal processing (ASIC/FPGA + PHY algorithm), telecommunication system (5G or LTE RAN)

3+ years in telecommunication industry or 5+ years in IT.

Good soft skill for communication in English

Systemization thinking & experience

Skill for team coordination and technical leading experience
