About the Role:
Will work closely withCustomer Account Managers and customers currently utilizing EpicorSoftware. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for providingsales related support to both customers and CAMs. The emphasis is onsupporting the CAM sales team in their sales efforts to meet AOP. Thisperson will understand the current sales strategies as well as internalprocesses and departments involved in the sales and support to customers. Thisperson is to maintain a high level of contact throughout the sales team andassociated departments, with the goal of allowing the CAMs to maintain focus onstrategic steps of the sales cycle. The role requires you to work with theinternal Epicor teams to help with timely resolution of customer concerns.Conduct research across multiple internal teams/systems, and provideinformation to the client and internal Epicor teams, helping to ensure customersatisfaction. This position willcontribute to the execution of sales plans to achieve quarterly sales/businessobjectives.
