By joining us as a Order Entry Specialist, you will complete a 30-day extensive classroom and on the job training conducted by our Senior Order Entry Specialist. The training will cover functions on Order Entry, Basic knowledge on Rosemount Products and to equip and develop your competency and capabilities in various allocation. After the program, you will be part of a high-performing, dynamic, and customer-focused PMO Order Entry team.
In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your proficiency and skills in providing excellent service to Emerson as a member of the PMO Order Entry team Manila organization.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Review, validate and check completeness of commercial requirements for Tier 2/3 orders
- Enters Data/Order into Business System
- Validate accuracy of data, verify discrepancies, and perform necessary correction
- Collaborate closely and work with Order Execution CSR
- Update order record/data and status in business system
- Coordinates with other support group to complete the entry process
FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
- A Bachelor's Degree of any course
- At least 2 years related experience in order management, data entry, data administration support/functions
- Intermediate MS Office Application – MS Outlook and Excel
