Description
Project Execution –
o Interpreting P&ID and other project documentation to develop process requirement.
o Implementation and testing of DCS system including Dynamo/FP/DT etc.
o Escalate project issues/risk proactively to lead/sub lead engineer.
o Take full ownership of the allocated work.
o Participation in FAT (if required).
o Willingness for travel, based on project assignments.
• Quality Control & Assurance
o Implementation of Quality processes/documentation as & when required throughout the project.
• Other Duties – Perform other additional specific duties, when requested by the business. These will, typically, be strategic in nature but could potentially be anything that the post holder is suitably qualified and experienced to undertake. These duties may be assigned to the person under guidance of a supervisor.
Technical Skills:
DCS– Software, SIS (safety instrumented systems), Hardware as applicable
o Implementation, Testing.
o Batch Implementation, Testing
o DCS system – knowledge and hands on experience for HMI, DB and Logic Configuration. (Honeywell, ABB ( XA800, ADVANT, MOD300), SCHENIDER Foxboro IA etc.)
o PLC Systems: knowledge on ladder/logic interpretation.
o Serial, Modbus, Profibus, OPC interface Test.
