The position exists for the purpose of driving the tactical execution of marketing initiatives and achievement of business objectives through digital marketing campaigns, working on end-to-end campaign planning, management, execution and results analysis.


Duty 1: Campaign Management

  • Coordinates the execution of integrated marketing campaign tactics by working with resources from different marketing teams/functions (e.g. social media, web, analytics). Ensure service level agreements are met within the expected timeline.

  • Works with campaign owners (e.g. Program Managers, BU/Country/WA Marcoms) to plan and develop campaigns throughout its entire lifecycle and measure performance results.

  • Provides inputs on campaign best practices by adhering to standardized processes, workflows, production templates, and other tools needed to produce demand generation programs.

  • Ensures production of campaign assets are moving through the pipeline, all projects and tasks are properly assigned and executed, and manages revisions for final approval of campaign owner.

  • Manages tasks within the campaign production process and ensures that campaigns are logged and updated in the different project and content management tools. 

  • Reviews and tests campaign assets as part of the QA process before campaign activation.

  • Coordinates with Campaign Analyst to track and measure campaign performance, provide insights and report findings to stakeholders in a timely manner.

  • Sets expectations with stakeholders and keeps them informed of marketing guidelines, branding, compliance and best practices

  • Becoming proficient in marketing technology tools and have basic working knowledge of how to incorporate them into daily activities


Duty 2: Project Support

Project Initiation

  • Attends scope reviews to learn what the project request is all about

Project Planning

  • Encodes documentation using standard project templates; stores and organizes the documents to the team's repository

  • Project Execution

  • Follows set campaign standards and design guidelines of the team • Reports own progress back to project tracker


Duty 3: Metrics Reporting and Analytics

Report Scoping and Planning

  • Creates reports based on standard templates

  • Coordinates and validates with stakeholders on reporting requirements (output quality metrics).

  • Provides own work estimates and can negotiate turnaround time within the team.

Report Development

  • Provides status updates on report development, raise issues encountered and adjust timeline as appropriate.


Report Generation, Analysis and Maintenance

  • Gathers and collates data from various sources based on approved requirements (Established Simple Reporting).

  • Analyzes gathered information & data using descriptive analytics (basic mathematics & comparative analysis)

Duty 4: Training and Development

Training Material Development

  • Updates/revises training syllabi, course outlines, lesson plans, and content of existing materials (e.g. presentations, evaluation tools, etc.) for technical writing training courses

  • Conducts basic/overview/ awareness training on Campaign Management processes and tools


Education: Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or equivalent 
Job Related Experience:  1 year experience in campaign management and/or digital marketing project management
