The purpose of this position is to handle sales orders, purchase orders and customer portfolio, in order to maintain the best possible support and logistics for internal customers. The position will act as the interface between internal customers, sales offices and production.
•Ensure the on-time and complete entering of orders in the ERP system;
•Check trade compliance issues for each order;
•Generate order acknowledgements;
•Expedite factories and make sure items are delivered on-time and complete;
•Coordinate with all internal groups to assure the adequate communication and achieve high service level;
•Handover documentation requirements to the Documentation team;
•Conduct data management activities using the ERP;
•Maintain accurate and updated order logs;
•Responsible for payment terms and follow up;
•Owner of customer disputes.
•1+ year experience in a Customer Service/Administrative Role;
•Languages: English advanced level, any other language is a plus;
•PC skills: MsOffice, Outlook Internet.
