Are you a product manager passionate about leading change and innovation projects from both the technical and software perspectives? Elekta is seeking a product manager to keep multiple lines of products up to date with technology upgrades and lead efforts in Interoperability and Workflow of multiple products. The Product Manager, Interoperability and Workflow is also responsible for spanning a worldwide company to bring both long term and short term needs together from multiple business lines to drive product planning and development. This involves interacting with many different business units within the organization to maintain a forward view of product potential within Elekta's line of software products.
Lead product definition by gathering and analyzing user requirements from customers
Develop and maintain the roadmap and vision for the product.
Drive development priorities to meet established business objectives by appropriate prioritization of features that deliver customer value.
Assume responsibility for release planning, product specification and requirements, general support of development activities, regulatory compliance, and participate in rollout activities.
Ensure that staff stays abreast of the challenges faced by Elekta's current and prospective customers.
Provide in-depth knowledge of competitive products as well as emerging products, services, and technologies being developed to address these challenges.
Support product promotion and sales efforts, handle escalated product issues and provide service training and support.
Develop user workflows to illustrate the user experience between products and domains
Work with Enterprise Architecture to map product interactions and ensure seamless interoperability of old and new products.
Drive technology updates for multiple product lines by proactively working with the engineering leaders
Establish priorities for responsible products/areas

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, a Master's degree is preferred in Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science.
2-5 years of experience in managing healthcare products.
Basic knowledge of clinical workflows in oncology care and radiation oncology a plus.
Relevant technical background and experience working with engineering teams.
Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to visualize long-term organizational strategy and motivate others to see the same.
Ability to work in a cross functional team throughout the product development lifecycle.
Ability to effectively interact with customers (via remote and face-to-face).
Good working knowledge/understanding of the general healthcare market.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Travel up to 25%, domestic and international
