Tools and Process Specialist ( Secret clearance)



Work you'll do

Responsible for engineering and standardizing end-to-end business processes across multiple DHMS programs.

Administrator for the DHMS IBM Rational Jazz Suite. To

Develop and implement tooling solutions that allow engineering and vendor teams to collaborate and efficiently deploy MHS systems.

Facilitate working sessions that gather requirements on reporting or potential improvements to existing processes.

Provide trainings on various software tools or engineering process implementations.

Ability to troubleshoot a variety of tool and/or process issues.



The team

Our Health Technology team implements repeatable solutions to solve our government clients' most critical health technology related issues. We advise on, design, implement and deploy solutions focused on government health agencies “heart of the business” issues including claims management, electronic health records, health information exchanges, health analytics and health case management.

Our clients seek a fresh perspective on how to leverage reusable, interoperable and flexible solutions that will enable them to reduce costs, improve health outcomes and respond to public health crises. Professionals will use their deep health, government and technology consulting experience to strategically help solve our client's technology challenges.



Qualifications

Tools configuration and administration

Exposure to Agile process.

Bachelor's degree

Secret clearance

Desired:

IBM Jazz Tool Suite (or similar software like HP , Remedy, Jira or ServiceNow)

Network+ or Security + certification

CSM Certification or Agile experience

ITILv3 certification
