Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Manager, Enterprise Performance, Oracle in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. 

 

Work You'll Do 

Manage information technology projects including development and implementation services to address business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing Oracle products. Manage and deliver components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures of Oracle modules. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the Oracle community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, developing strategies to increase the company's profitability. Design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage the design of custom interfaces, user exits, and code enhancements.

Requirements 

REQUIRES A MASTER'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, ENGINEERING (ANY), OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST ALSO HAVE THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:

MANAGING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS INCLUDING DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES TO ADDRESS BUSINESS NEEDS THROUGHOUT THE ENTERPRISE, UTILIZING IT DELIVERY MANAGEMENT, ORACLE PLATFORM AS A SERVICE (PAAS), ORACLE CLOUD SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE (SAAS), ORACLE RICEW (REPORTS, INTERFACES, CONVERSIONS, ENHANCEMENTS, WORKFLOWS), AND RESOURCE RAMP PLANS; MANAGING AND DELIVERING COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS THAT IDENTIFY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENT CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR LARGE COMPANIES, THROUGH CONDUCTING CURRENT STATE ASSESSMENTS, GATHERING TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, AND PERFORMING FUTURE STATE ARCHITECTURE DIAGRAM DESIGN, UTILIZING HP APPLICATION LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT (ALM), ORACLE PAAS, AND ORACLE CLOUD SAAS; MANAGING TEAMS IN THE CURRENT STATE ASSESSMENT, ESTIMATION OF WORK, DEVELOPMENT OF WORK PLANS, CREATION OF PROJECT CHARTER AND STRATEGY DOCUMENTS (INTEGRATION, CONVERSION, AND ENVIRONMENT), TO-BE ARCHITECTURE SOLUTION DESIGN, AND CLOUD DATA MIGRATION EXECUTION PHASES; TRACKING APPLICATION DEFECTS, COORDINATING DEFECT RESOLUTION EFFORTS, AND DOCUMENTING RESOLUTION DETAILS, UTILIZING ATLASSIAN JIRA, HP ALM, AND MICROSOFT (MS) SHAREPOINT; PERFORMING ROLE OF COUNSELOR AND COACH, ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING IN STAFF RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION ACTIVITIES, AND PROVIDING LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT FOR TEAMS AND STAFF; MANAGING BUSINESS TRANSFORMATIONS AND ON-GOING OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE FULL SUITE OF ORACLE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS; AND DESIGNING CUSTOM INTERFACES, USER EXITS, AND CODE ENHANCEMENTS, UTILIZING INTEGRATION AND CONVERSION STRATEGIES, GATHERING TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, PERFORMING FUTURE STATE ARCHITECTURE DIAGRAM DESIGN, ORACLE PAAS, ORACLE BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (BI) PUBLISHER, ORACLE RICEW, AND ORACLE TRANSACTIONAL BI (OTBI).
