ServiceNow Technical Consultant – HR Service Delivery

Work you'll do:
•\tPerform configuration level tasks to meet business requirements (field setups, page layouts, role/profile changes, etc).
•\tFollow Software development life cycle methodology to include development based on business requirements, unit/UAT testing, and change documentation to meet change control requirements
•\tWorking with Business Analyst or business SME's regarding requirements, complete end to end implementation, and provide post deployment support
•\tDirectly engage with the end user on requirements and offer direction as needed
•\tBuilding your reputation within the firm and in the market for the strong ServiceNow product knowledge you possess
•\tForging strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development
•\t1+ years of developing and customizations experience in ServiceNow HRSD
•\t3+ years of total IT experience
•\tGood Communication Skills
•\tProven experience in ServiceNow implementations and customizations
•\tUp to 75% travel
•\tMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
•\t5+ years of related experience
•\tKnowledge of HR function, processes, and best practices
•\tExperience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application
•\tBig 4 consulting experience
•\tBachelor's degree strongly preferred.
