Senior Consultant, Ecosystems & Alliances Strategy
Location: Open/Virtual with up\nto 25% travel\n\n \n\n Ecosystems & Alliances (E&A) is a\nstrategic focus area at Deloitte LLP. This position is within Deloitte's US Corporate\nTechnology Strategy, Partnerships and Commercialization group. This role will\nprovide exposure to firm leadership through a wide range of strategy\nprojects, including firm level growth E&A strategy, business unit level\nE&A strategy, strategic planning, as well as competitive analysis, business\nmodel analysis and operating model design.\nWe are seeking a Senior Consultant as a\nteam member on E&A strategy projects. These projects are for executive\nleadership and will have significant impact on our organization. \n\n
Research and apply frameworks to solve business problems related to\nE&A
Conduct E&A market and competitive analysis, synthesize findings,\ndevelop recommendations
Research and analyze emerging business and operating models, monetization\nmodels and synthesize implications for E&A
Build quantitative models for market sizing, business cases, scenario\nanalysis
Analyze technology trends, develop technology outlooks, synthesize\nimplications relevant to E&A areas under study
Work with key stakeholder\ngroups to gain buy-in on analysis conclusions and recommendations
Develop content for executive-level presentations, working sessions, and\nreports
3+ years' work\nexperience, preferably from a top tier strategy consulting firm, or, corporate/business unit strategy\nfunction
Demonstrated record of applying critical thinking, market and competitive\nanalysis, business model analysis, and/or scenario planning
Strategy development skills including quantitative modeling, primary and\nsecondary research and analysis, logical structuring and storytelling,\nexecutive interactions
Ability to develop executive level messaging from from quantitative and\nqualitative analyses
Proactive, results-oriented, and collegial team player who can work\nindependently
