Enterprise Performance - Project Delivery Specialist - SAP SCM (MM/WM/IM)\n

Work\nyou'll do/Responsibilities

  • Work closely\nwith the Business Process Leads (BPLs) to analyze the new business requirements\nand propose feasible SAP solutions. This also includes preparing Business\nRequirements Document (BRDs) and obtaining sign offs from the BPLs

  • Collaborate\nwith business to present the SAP solution to Design Council (DC) team with\nproper business justification and approvals in place before commencing the\ndevelopment

  • Coordinate\nwith offshore support team to prioritize tasks and resolve production issues in\na timely manner with minimal escalations

  • Support SAP\nrelease strategy through collaboration across SAP development and functional\nteams ensuring appropriate transport management and release planning

  • Document all\nthe changes and review Functional Specifications, Implementation Guides and\nTesting Documents before obtaining UAT signoffs from the business

  • Participate\nin Change Management meetings to present SAP changes to the Change Advisory\nBoard (CAB) and obtain necessary approvals before promoting the changes to\nProduction System

  • Work with\nbusiness/ends users in validating the changes after importing the transports to\nProduction System and ensure there are no impacts to existing functionality

  • Resolve\nintegration issues which require cross functional communication and demonstrate\nend to end business scenarios

  • Adhere to all\nthe Production Support guidelines while providing day to day support to\nbusiness users. This includes reviewing Runbook, Ops manual etc.

  • Monitor the ticketing tool and ensure timely ticket\nupdates and resolution




Our SAP team focuses on design, implementation,\nand on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology.\nProfessionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies\nand thought leaders.


We work with clients who want to improve\ntheir ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove\nperformance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and\nreimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAP\nS/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public\nCloud) across the following capabilities:

  • Finance

  • Supply Chain

  • Customer and Sales Operations

  • Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and\nVirtualization, Data Management and Analytics)





  • Minimum\nsix (6+) years of SAP MM-WM/\nRequisition-to-pay module experience

  • Experience in full life cycle SAP\nimplementations and ongoing support expertise

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in\nManagement Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or\nrelated IT discipline

  • Ability to travel up to 5%

  • Commutable distance or willingness to relocate to\nHouston, TX or Dallas, TX

  • Client facing experience are required

  • Limited sponsorship may be available



  • SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

  • SAP Project Planning (PP)

  • Experience with S/4 HANA is a plus

  • Ability to work with business users for requirements,\ndesign appropriate solutions, and carry them through implementation including\nintegration testing and end user training \n

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with\nthe ability to present solutions to business
