Work you'll do

  • · Deliver Finance projects
  • Lead and support Finance pursuits and practice development initiatives
  • Develop external eminence across the sub-capabilities in Finance
  • Promote and participate in forums for sharing Finance expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective Finance knowledge and helping resolve our clients' Finance challenges
  • Collaborate on creative solutions to support the future of Finance
  • Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in SAP's new S/4HANA Finance and\nfuture solution

Team

\n\n

Our SAP team\nfocuses on design, implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of\nSAP applications and technology. Professionals will have hands-on access and\nexposure to the newest technologies and leaders with vision. We work with\nclients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable\nscalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core\nsystems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications\ninclude SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP\nS/4HANA Public Cloud) across the following capabilities:

  • · Finance
  • Supply Chain
  • Customer and Sales Operations
  • Technology\n(Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and\nAnalytics)

\n\n

\n\n

\n\n



Qualifications

\n\n

  • · Functional/technical proficiency with at least 5+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and 10+ years of industry and/or consulting experience
  • At least 10 years of SAP experience implementing

    SAP Finance/Concur

  • Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team and as a Team Lead or Project Manager on at least 1+ full cycle implementation
  • Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career
  • Strong configuration and design skills


  • Ability to travel 80-100% is REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required - Master's degree preferred

As a\nDeloitte Senior Manager you will manage and deliver large, complex client\nengagements that identify, design and implement creative business and\ntechnology solutions. Our Senior Managers are expected to contribute to\nthe firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:

  • Engagement Management:\n manage engagement risk and project economics including planning and\n budgeting, manage accounts receivable, define deliverable content and\n ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from client top management
  • \n
  • Business Development:\n develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients,\n organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the\n proposal development process, contribute to proposal pricing strategy
  • \n
  • Practice Development &\n Eminence: develop solutions and methodologies, develop\n \"thoughtware\" and \"point-of-view\" documents, public\n speaking and publication in industry periodicals
  • \n
  • People Development: perform\n role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm's\n staffing process and actively participate in staff recruitment and\n retention activities
