SAP\nC4C Senior Consultant

\n\n

Deloitte\nDigital offers services that enable client solutions using digital\ntechnologies, including the Web, Mobile, Social Networking, Digital Strategy,\nDigital Content and Digital ERP. The Digital Web team works with clients\nto advise, design, implement and deploy eCommerce and Portal solutions. \nOur eCommerce capabilities provide transactional solutions related to online\nmarketing, sales and service; for both Direct-To-Consumer and\nBusiness-to-Business. Our Portal capabilities provide intranet and internet\nsolutions focused on content presentment and transaction capabilities for both\ninternal enterprise as well as customer facing purposes.

Work\nyou'll do

\n\n

Act\nin a leadership role on client projects and for junior staff.

\n\n

  • Help define business requirements and process\ndesign (including scenario design and flow mapping).

  • Create functional designs, prototyping test\nplanning and execution, training coordination, and documentation of operational\nsupport procedures.

  • Help clients define forward-looking business\nstrategies related to digital transformations.

Our\nAdvertising, Marketing & Commerce team focuses on delivering marketing and\ngrowth objectives aligned with our clients' brand values for measurable\nbusiness growth. We do this by creating content, communications, and\nexperiences that engage and inspire their customers to act. We implement\nand operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce\nand marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients'\nmarketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively\nfocused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital\nmarketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.

We\nserve our clients through the following types of work:

• \nAgile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate\nresults

Qualifications

\n\n



Experience in onsite functional or techno\nfunctional roles on at least two SAP C4C \nimplementations:

\n\n

  • 3- 4+ years experience with SAP\nC4C.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States\nwithout the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.

  • Ability to start work within 4\nto 6 weeks of accepting an offer.

  • Experience designing and\nimplementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team\nleadership roles (e.g. technical lead, functional lead, work stream lead,\nproject manager).

  • Experience with configuring SAP\nC4C specifically with Sales Orders, Sales Quotes, Leads and Opportunities, and\npricing.

  • Experience with data workbench,\ndata templates and conversions

  • Understanding of the SAP Cloud\nApplication Studio

  • Development of custom reports\nand interactive dashboards

  • Process experience with Sales\nQuotes, Sales Orders, Leads and OpportunitiesUnderstand the integration between\nSAP Cloud for Customer and other SAP systems

  • Experience defining systems\nstrategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing,\ntraining, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business\nsolutions under multiple deadlines.

  • Identify business requirements,\nperform requirements management, lead functional design prototyping, process\ndesign, including scenario design and flow mapping, supervise system\nconfiguration to map business functionalities, guide technical consultants in\ndeveloping code for additional non-standard functionality requirements as well\nas testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting\nimplementations.

  • Work independently or as part\nof a team to manage and complete multiple task assignments

  • Identify client business issues\nthrough vendor/Deloitte client team and facilitate solution development

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and\nwritten communications skills

  • Have a willingness to travel 80\n- 100 percent of the time
