The Team

The Sales Center of Excellence (COE) supports\nDeloitte's businesses in uncovering, nurturing, and closing sales\nopportunities. Working hand-in-hand with Partners, Principals and Managing\nDirectors, these sales executives focus their highly skilled efforts in\nsecuring relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover\nopportunities, develop effective sales strategies, manage the pursuit\nprocess and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales\nprocess.

What you'll\ndo:

\n\n\n\n

The Sales\nExecutive is responsible for selling Oracle Enterprise consulting\nsolutions to clients/markets. The role involves:

\n\n
    \n
  • Create awareness, build relationships with key executives, and\n develop/pursue leads
  • \n
  • Support direct marketing campaigns
  • \n
  • Assist consultants with qualifying, and winning opportunities
  • \n
  • Create strategic and tactical plans to uncover and close a range of\n revenue projects
  • \n
  • Infiltrate and influence decision-makers at the highest levels\n within accounts
  • \n
  • Leverage Executive level relationships to introduce Deloitte LLP,\n and create and pursue selling opportunities
  • \n
  • Demand management, i.e., work with the consultants and delivery\n groups to determine the solution details and approach
  • \n
  • Teamwork, foster relationships, and develop consensus
  • \n
\n\n

Qualifications:

\n\n
    \n
  • Successful track record of sales, selling Oracle software\n solutions within assigned territory
  • \n
  • Possess a minimum of 10 years' experience managing complex clients
  • \n
  • Experience\n selling high end, project-based, professional consulting services,\n characterized by long sales cycles and both large and small dollar\n transactions
  • \n
  • Significant business relationships with senior client executives
  • \n
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • \n
  • Strong presentation skills
  • \n
  • An ability to gain access and influence decision-makers at the\n highest levels in client organizations
  • \n
  • Experience crafting and executing strategic and tactical plans to\n close large revenue projects
  • \n
  • Experience selling intangibles
  • \n
  • Travel up to 70%
  • \n
  • Undergraduate degree
  • \n
