Program Integration Manager - Gov

The Program Integration Manager will be responsible for the overall project integration of our design, development, testing and deployment of our program. This leader will be responsible for establishing and reporting on an Integrated Master Schedule for our contract requiring a high degree of project coordination over a virtual and disparate team of technical leaders. This person will perform as a backup for the project manager and be in close coordination and communication with the client on all project matters. This leader will be responsible for resource planning and tracking. They will be providing inputs and revisions to ensure project success and internal financial goals are met. This person is responsible from ensuring for internal processes are in place and followed such as CIMP, Government Asset Tracking, Records Management, purchasing, billing, client invoice prep, client billing procedures, technical and financial proposal development.
Our Operations Transformation team focuses on transforming our clients' core business operations. We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions focused on “heart of the business” issues in specific sectors including Health Care, Banking & Securities, Insurance, and Energy & Resources. The type of work we provide to our clients includes Operations Excellence, Payment & Care Model Innovation and Emerging Business Models.

- 15+ years of experience within a consultative environment
- Successful firm fixed price contract and client project delivery
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
