We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte India (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job' with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.
We would like to clarify that:

Soon all of the services will be available on mobile smartphones, iOS and Android tablet devices, followed by implementation of a highly sophisticated and scalable SaaS platform.
We are seeking a QA Lead/Manager specializing in QA Testing and Automation to join the Research & Sensing engineering team. In this highly visible role, you will work very closely with the development and product team and have the opportunity to build the QA framework and automation suite for our entire web product base. This is a high growth opportunity position to demonstrate QA leadership in both technical and people management areas.
Work You'll Do
Manage a QA team of 6-10 currently but growing test and automation engineers
Play a lead role in defining and implementing the QA automation framework (test case documentation, scripting, testing, reporting and sign-off)
Participate in new product development as well as ongoing enhancements
Lead the QA process entirely from product design phase to final product release
Manage the QA environment for alpha, beta and production states
Manage the bug tracking and triaging process from start to finish
Interact on a daily basis with developers, product managers and other departments (product support, marketing and publishing)
The key skills required are as follows:
Education: Bachelor's degree required. Computer Science, Engineering, Math or Physics majors preferred. MS in Computer Science a plus.
5+ years of experience in a managing a QA test and automation team of minimum 10 resources
Experience in full QA automation of web based products and backend API services
Experience with Selenium and/or other QA frameworks
Knowledge on scripting using Perl, PHP or any other languages
Knowledge of best practices in software engineering QA
Experience on working with Linux servers is a plus
Knowledge of development tools (SVN, Confluence/Jira/Wiki)
Experience in agile product development
Strong sense of ownership, attention to details and passion for technology
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams
Excellent written communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
